Our Team

Alfie Temple

Alfie looks after marketing here at Propeller, his main interests lie in digital marketing, video production and customer experience. His pet hates are complicated shopping experiences, unnecessary waffle and jargon, pushy salesmen and poor quality teaching.

Throughout school Alfie got frustrated with many aspects and only really understood things when they were applied to real life, something he still believes should be so.

Day to day, Alfie works to make your experience with Propeller smooth and easy, whether you are enquiring about our products or getting after sales support with your products in the classroom. He also manages the Propeller Twitter account, sharing only useful content.

Dave Temple

Dave is the Brand Director at Propeller, he started his working life selling office stationery in South West London, a stone’s throw from Hampton Court Palace. In 1995 he moved to get away from the smog of the city and settled on the shores of sunny Lowestoft. In every job he has had, he has been involved in selling into the education sector in some shape or form.

In recent years, Dave’s concerns for the daily pressure teachers face and his strong desires to make learning more fun and engaging spurred him on to launch the Propeller brand in 2016 at The Education Show. He is fanatical about ensuring every touchpoint of the Propeller brand is consistently and accurately presented, whether it is a product, packaging or a training session.
