How do I access the online answers for Rapid Recall Whiteboards?

Can I be invoiced rather than paying online?
If your school doesn’t have a facility to pay online please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can process your order and send you an invoice. You will have 30 days to pay from dispatch of your goods.
How do I get a free sample of your products?

What training is available?
We offer training for larger schools, or groups of schools on how to get the best out of Propeller products. Please contact us >> for more information.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders over £100+VAT qualify for free delivery. All other orders incur our standard UK charge of £5.00 +VAT.
Deliveries to N. Ireland, Highlands, Islands, remote areas, countries outside the U.K. and B.F.P.O.’s are subject to an extra carriage contribution; please check cost of carriage at time of order.
How do we return faulty or unsatisfactory products?
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 4-5 working days to arrive. If you need your order more urgently please email email@example.com and let us know.
Do you provide teacher guides for the resources?
Every products come with instructions and helpful notes, if you get stuck please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get Polly our in-house teacher to help you.
Can I purchase Rapid Recall Board Kits without pens and erasers, as I have these already?
All of our Rapid Recall Boards are supplied with accessories free of charge. This means you get enough drywipe pens and erasers for each of the Rapid Recall Boards you have purchased, whether you are buying a single pack, or a whole school monster kit. We are sure that even if you have ample supplies of whiteboard pens and erasers, there will be someone in your establishment that can make use of them. There would be no cost saving in ordering without the accessories, so please accept them with our compliments.
How can I use Pupil Premium funding to purchase Propeller products?
Simply put, Propeller products are transferrable, meaning you can purchase them to be part of an intervention scheme but they can also be used for all the other students in your school too.
